About me
Originally from Birmingham, I studied web development at the University of Worcester. After six years in Camden, I'm now in Clapham — slowly working my way south to somewhere warmer.
I've been designing and building for over 10 years. What excited me hacking away on my first eMachine, building websites, still excites me now: technology and what it can do for people, done well.
How we lead and build matters as much to me as what we build. Every decision I make is grounded in principles, evidence, and logic. Collaboration across crafts is also at the heart of how i work, and facilitating conversations and workshops is a big part of it. If you're in a workshop with me, don't be surprised if there's an icebreaker, I'm known for pulling in a bit of improv theatre to get everyone warmed up.
Curiosity and a drive to improve come a close second. I'm always looking for a better way to do things.
